Challenging Behaviour

This workshop focuses on understanding behaviour as communication. Participants will learn how to dig deeper to understand what children are communicating. We will explore the ways children express universal needs like hunger and tiredness. We will examine how our own feelings provide clues to what motivates a
child’s misbehaviour and we will be practicing changing our lens to see what children with extra support needs may be trying to tell us.
