Caregiver Mental Health: Building Resilience and Well-Being

Caring for others—whether as a parent, educator, or mental health professional—can be deeply rewarding, yet emotionally taxing. This workshop is designed to support caregivers by providing tools and strategies to enhance their mental health and resilience.

Participants will explore the psychological impacts of caregiving, including stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue. The workshop will delve into the importance of self-care, setting healthy boundaries, and recognizing signs of emotional exhaustion. Drawing from evidence-based practices, attendees will learn techniques to manage stress, foster emotional well-being, and maintain a balanced lifestyle.
