Workshop description: Are you an Early Childhood Educator passionate about creating nurturing, engaging spaces for children to learn and glow? Join us for a workshop that explores the beauty and benefits of incorporating natural element into your learning environment. In this hands-on session, you’ll discover practical and creative ways to transform your space using nature’s gifts– think wood, stone, plants, light, and open-ended materials– to foster curiosity, calm, and a deep connection to the natural world.
About Alisha Inch: Alisha has been an ECE educator for over 25 years. In 2000, she moved to Romania where she lived and worked with orphaned children for 9 years. After returning to Canada, she opened her preschool in the Cloverdale area. Her passion and heart has always been bent towards children; to get lost with them, dream alongside them and to foster imagination and creativity in a way that never leaves them. She also has a deep desire to connect and encourage other ECE’s in their work with children by providing workshops and also being an ECE Instructor.
