Being the Best Supervisor You Can Be! The making of a life-changing mentor
As the supervisor, principal, or manager, you play a key role in the lives of all those with whom you work. You have the capacity to inspire, support, and strengthen those around you, bringing out the very best in each and every member of your team. In this workshop we’ll explore the fundamental attributes of a motivational leader, so that you can best support your staff, build a cohesive anti-bias team, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive and productive environment for all. A good leader makes all the difference in the world. Gaining a deeper understanding of your critical role and the positive influence you can have is critical in assuring the best of quality care for the children and families coming to your facility.
