Anxiety: How Mindfulness and a Deeper Nature Connection Can Help Children and Adults
Here is an opportunity to learn how to recognize anxiety in children and in ourselves. What is science telling us about anxiety and what is separation anxiety? We will explore how mindfulness and deeper connection with nature can support children who experience anxiety. Resources will be shared with all participants.
