Building positive relationships and young people of character and citizenship are valuable goals.
1. A group could be formed of preschoolers, colleagues, a family. What are the characteristics of an effective group?

2. Young people are more likely to grow up successfully when they experience developmental relationships with important people in their lives. How do we build effective developmental relationships?
3. What are the developmental assets we can influence that all youth need?
