Identity. What makes you the unique leader you are? In this workshop, participants will explore how an understanding of identity enhances our roles as inclusive child care leaders.

Awareness. We all see the world in different ways, but what does this mean for child care? In this workshop, participants will take a deep dive into how awareness is an essential component of inclusion.

Care. How can we provide inclusive, quality care that supports all children? In this workshop, participants will explore foundational principles of care to meet the diverse needs of children, families, and staff.

Collective Wisdom. We are stronger as a community; how can we bring our knowledge together? In this workshop, participants will learn about the value of collective wisdom in creating more inclusive child care programs.
