Early Childhood Educator
● Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children ages 3–5
● Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and values-driven classroom environment
● Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
● Collaborate with fellow educators, families, and community partners
● Maintain clear and effective communication with families and team members
● Support the integration of Christian values and teachings into daily routines in an
age-appropriate and respectful manner
● Follow licensing regulations and organizational policies
