Reggio Emilia Study Tour Experience

Jacqueline will share her recent experience on the Canadian study tour to Reggio Emilia, Italy, where she explored the educational approach, projects, and impressions from visiting the infant/toddler, preschools.  She will share a little about the history of Reggio Emilia approach, including its socio-cultural context, values, and pedagogical principles, as well as the atelier experience.  Images and discussion of the Remida, a cultural project focused on sustainability, creativity, and research on waste materials will also be shared.
