How To Talk To Parents About Their Child’s Behaviour

This presentation is intended to emphasize the current information on recommended practices
for working with families. It includes a brief review of the parental and professional roles and
review of promising Family Centered Practice. It also provides strategies on “how to “talk to
parents in a friendly but informative way that will enhance parent-professional interaction and
prompt parent’s participation in their child’s early education and development. The importance
