Medicine Walk

Join me for a guided, land-based learning experience exploring local
plants and the ecosystems they are part of. This interactive walk shares traditional Indigenous plant knowledge, respectful harvesting practices, and the importance of building a relationship with the land.
The purpose of this workshop is to get people out on the land, exploring their own local ecosystems so they become
familiar with the plants around them and understand why protecting these crucial ecosystems matters. It
encourages environmental awareness and offers meaningful ways we can care for and support our local environment.
