Early Learning & Child Care in 2026: Burnout, Demoralization & Finding Our Way Forward
Description
Experiences in nature offer great benefit for the children you work with – but have you considered what they can offer you? As a Caregiver/Educator, your social-emotional wellbeing is critically important, and time outdoors matters. Join colleagues for this outdoor session where we will explore the definitions of burnout and demoralization, and revisit some simple strategies for listening, noticing, reflecting, and caring.
