Children’s Rights & Caregivers’ Responsibilities

This workshop is designed for caregivers and child care educators who want to better understand how Canadian law protects children’s rights and defines the responsibilities of adults. Together, we’ll explore key legal topics that affect children’s well-being and safety, helping you feel more confident and informed in your role, whether at home or in a professional setting.

Presenter: Nora Bergh

Nora is a non-practicing lawyer with over 10 years of experience in public legal education. She has a talent for making legal concepts easy to understand and relevant to everyday life.

Zoom links will be sent on the day of the workshop; please contact our office if you do not receive one.
