SUMMARY:ELF Off the Shelf
DESCRIPTION:In this series of workshops, we will take our ELF books out of the shelf and together we’ll learn about the main concepts of the BCELF by sharing lived experiences, engaging in individual and group exercise and studying theories in meaningful ways. This series is designed so educators not only learn about the BCELF but also live the concepts through active reflection and critical dialogue. Learning will take place through non-traditional ways rather than simply reading the ELF.\nThis initiative is funded through the Canada-British Columbia Early Learning and Child Care Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Province of British Columbia, in partnership with the Westcoast Child Care Resource Centre, the agency responsible for administering the funds.\nParticipants must be able to attend 2 in-person and 3 online sessions on the following dates.
