Reena draws on her background in the Early Childhood Education and personal development to provide actionable techniques that foster emotional intelligence, self -awareness, and positive growth in children. Attendees will leave equipped with powerful communication skills to nurture children’s emotional well-being and help them thrive.\nReena K Kukreja is a children’s life coach, former school teacher, homeschooling mom and workshop facilitator focused on empowering young minds. With a background in Early Childhood Education and personal growth, she equips participants with practical tools to nurture children’s confidence, resilience, and emotional intelligence. Through her workshops, Reena emphasizes the power of mindful communication, demonstrating how the words we used with children shape their future success and well-being.\n \nTHE EMOTIONAL ROOTS OF AGGRESSION AND ANXIETY\nSecond Session Description: Faced with an epidemic of emotional health crises and behavioural problems, teachers are simply exhausted­ it’s become harder than ever to lead and care for children and youth. This conversation has never been more important as we look at how we can create the conditions for change. Based on her best-selling book,\nReclaiming Our Students: Why Children Are More Anxious, Aggressive, and Shut Down Than Ever-And What-We Can Do About It, this workshop will support educators with trauma-sensitive strategies for how to build, nurture, and protect the student-teacher l relationship, even with the most difficult students. We will address\nwhy children are displaying more challenging behaviours than ever, and what we can do to address these\nissues at their root.\nHannah Beach is an award-winning educator, author, emotional health consultant, and keynote speaker who speaks about the power of relationship and play worldwide. She is the co-author of the best-selling book Reclaiming Our Students: Why Children Are More Anxious, Aggressive, and Shut-Down than Ever-and What We Can Do About It, with Tamara Neufeld Strijack, which has been translated into multiple languages\ninternationally.
