DESCRIPTION:Parents and Families! Bring your little ones to the grassy area outside of our office to practice some calming yoga together on 3 summer evenings in July. Registration is for all three sessions. Participants will receive 1 yoga mat for themselves and a yoga mat for one child. If you can, please dress yourself and your children in comfy clothes and bring a blanket and a water bottle for each member of your family.\nKaren Myatovic , 200 RYT, enjoys teaching a slow flow style of yoga that emphasizes mindful movement, steady breath, and deep connection to the body. Her classes are accessible to all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis looking to slow down and reconnect.\n\nMove your body, build some strength and find a moment of calm and relaxation in a busy day. Karen’s classes will provide a nurturing environment where you can show up exactly as you are.\n
