DESCRIPTION:This workshop invites educators to shift their understanding of behaviour from something to\nmanage or correct to something meaningful to listen to. Participants will explore behaviour as a\nform of communication, especially when children lack the words to express their needs.\nThrough real-life examples, reflection, and practical strategies, educators will learn how to\nidentify the unmet needs underneath challenging behaviours and respond with clarity,\nempathy, and appropriate boundaries. The session emphasizes connection-based guidance,\nemotional safety, and co-regulation, helping educators support children without shame or\npunishment. Participants will leave with tools they can use immediately to respond to behaviour\nwith curiosity, confidence, and compassion.\n
