This workshop prepares educators with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to support young children’s sleep in group settings, utilizing a behavioral approach. This workshop is also suitable for child care providers operating licensed family or in-home multi-age child care settings. While the primary focus is on infants and toddlers, the workshop also covers ages three to five, and the core content related to sleep science, sleep hygiene, routines, and environmental considerations is applicable across age groups.\nSuitable for child care providers and child care workforce.\n
