DESCRIPTION:In this workshop, Behnaz invites early childhood educators to join her in this transformative session to enhance our teaching skills make a meaningful impact on children’s lives and make a change together. Behnaz will share her knowledge of what is pedagogy. She will demonstrate how pedagogical narration and documentation can enrich the learning experience for both children, their families and teachers. Through engaging activities, participants will explore the significance of pedagogy in ECCE and uncover the power of pedagogical narration. They will learn how to create an environment that fosters growth and change. By the end of the workshop, educators will have a deeper understanding of pedagogical narration and be equipped to implement it effectively in their practice.\n
